A Hand Operated Roller Stacker, also known as a manual roller stacker or manual pallet stacker, is a type of material handling equipment used in warehouses, factories, and other industrial settings to lift, move, and stack pallets or other heavy loads. It is operated manually, meaning it does not require any external power source or motor. The main structure of the stacker, often made of steel or other durable materials, which provides support and stability. Two parallel prongs or forks that extend outward from the front of the stacker to slide under the pallet or load. These forks are designed to accommodate different pallet sizes. Small rotating wheels or rollers are placed at the end of the forks to help with easy loading and unloading of pallets. A manual pump handle located near the operator's hands, which allows them to pump the hydraulic system to lift the forks and the load. The stacker uses a hydraulic mechanism to lift the forks. By pumping the handle, the operator raises the forks to the desired height. A control valve that, when activated, allows the hydraulic fluid to flow back, lowering the forks and the load. Located at the rear of the stacker, these wheels enable easy maneuvering and positioning of the stacker.
